The 2010 Summer meeting of the Missouri Christmas Tree Association will be held at LeRoy and Mary Rood & Family’s Farm – Pea Ridge Forest, 22735 Tree Farm Road, Herman, MO. 65041.

The Rood’s Operation, Pea Ridge Forest, is a family owned and operated tree farm. As their website states:  “Growing quality trees has always been our mission, whether it be Christmas trees for our choose and cut operation or balled and burlapped trees for our wholesale nursery. Pride in our work has been the cornerstone of our business. As such, Pea Ridge Forest has remained a source of quality trees since 1972.”

The meeting is scheduled for Saturday, July 17th.  The Missouri Board meeting will be on Friday evening, July 16th at Pea Ridge Forest with dinner (Brats and Hamburgers and the trimmings) supplied by the Rood’s starting at 7:00 p.m.  Board meeting to follow at 7:30 p.m.

We will need a meal count by Friday, July 9th for both Friday evening and Saturday noon.  Meal on Saturday will include Pork Steaks & Chicken and picnic sides.

Registration and Noon Meal for Saturday $15.00/per person.  Rolls & donuts at morning registration, and beverages throughout the day are included in the Registration/Meal Fee.
